Updated July 9th, 2026By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following terms. Please read carefully before placing an order.

general

• My commissions are for Personal Use only. It may be used for personal display such as profile pictures, banners, posting on Socials with Credit, or printing for yourself, but may not be used for profit.
• AI/NFT use is strictly prohibited. My work may not be used in AI datasets, engines, or minted as NFTs.
• I reserve the right to decline commissions outside my abilities or for subjects I will not draw.
• Communication is important. If I do not receive a response within 3 days, I will proceed and deliver the artwork as is.

payments & fees

• All payments are upfront in full through PayPal or Ko-fi.
• Holds for adopts are available and must be paid fully within 1 month or will be declined (Arrangements for a longer hold can be made with communication).

process

• The commissioner has to provide a clean and up to date reference sheet, preferred pose(s), desired expression(s) and/or outfits. If none are provided, no work can be done.
• Revisions are only available during the sketch phase. Once the sketch is approved, no further changes will be made unless due to an error on my part. Mistakes I make will always be corrected at no cost.

will draw

• Human, furry, humanoid, anthro, ships, minimal background/preset background;

won't draw

• NSFW, extreme gore, complex backgrounds, armor/mecha, animals/ferals (yet);

deadlines and delivery

• Commissions may take up to 2 weeks depending on complexity, queue or personal matters.
• I will keep you updated if delays occur.

intellectual property rights

I, the artist, retain all rights to the commissioned artwork. You are purchasing usage rights, not ownership of the artwork itself.I MAY USE THE ARTWORK TO:• Promote myself and my services.
• Post on social media and in my portfolio.EXCEPTIONS:• If requested, the artwork will not be posted or used for promotional purposes. No fee will be charged.

refunds

• I may cancel and refund a commission at any time.
• You may cancel before the sketch is complete.
• Once the piece is complete, refunds are not available.
• Chargebacks are strictly prohibited.FILLING A CHARGEBACK WILL:• Forfeit your rights to use the artwork.
• Place you on a public blacklist (with evidence).
• Allow me to resell or reuse the artwork as I see fit.

commissioner rights

YOU MAY:• Use the artwork for personal purposes only.
• Print the art for yourself.
• Modify the artwork.
• Post it on Social Media with credit to me "@kinkiin_5".YOU MAY NOT:• Use the artwork as an NFT item or in A.I. datasets or engines.
• Use the artwork commercially (Streaming, merch, commercial projects, etc).
• Claim the artwork as your own or fail to credit me.
• Remove signatures/watermarks.
• Resell or redistribute the artwork without my consent.
• Completely change the bought artwork.

blacklist policy

• Breaking these rules may result in a permanent public blacklist (with evidence).
• The blacklist may be shared with other artists.

FINAL AGREEMENT

By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the terms above.
